That's exactly what happened to me today! I was unfriended because I told a fairy I no longer had any diamonds to send her a gift. I'm not even familiar with this fairy. She was very rude, and unfriended me. I agree, I see alot of hurt feelings with this.

I haven't had that happen to me yet, I can see how it would be irritating though. I'm personally okay with being asked nicely for a postcard or a hat or something, but begging? That's just wrong. Unless Vidia is their mentor, I don't get why people can't ask nicely

This is a minor complaint, but I wish that we had the option to just purchase the post office outfits for ourselves. I know that defeats the purpose, but it would have been nice. Maybe they'll implement something like that in the future. :P

But it's just like with the beds furniture issue - should we take away everyone's pixie diamonds just because some bad-mannered fairies are begging for gifts? Before diamonds, bad-mannered fairies were picking on uniform-wearing non-members because they were easy to spot, and non-member fairies were picking on members from jealousy about not having any clothes or pets.

The hollow seems much more equal now I think; although I got begged from, I also saw so much pixie generosity and friendship.

I'm a little disappointed about the whole storage limit issue to be honest, I really hoped for more storage. How will I ever get the Royal Tailoring badge if I have never room for so much clothes?

But I like sending gifts, I won't give presents to begging fairies but I like sending them to others just as a surprise.

Vilma, when you level up, you get more Diamonds!
UI had 68 Diamonds, and thought of buying an animal friend, but then thought that it was of no need.
Lavender had 14 Diamonds.
Pandora had 12. You can get a new hairstyle and all!

Took me awhile to read what you all wrote and I agree with you all, the begging thing is just getting ridiculous!
And I have a little different problem-one Fairy from my list bought me clothes, and then started following me and saying ''I bought you something, go to your house!'' She was following me for about ten minutes, until I flew in a game.
The problem is, I already spent all my Diamonds, and I can't buy her anything. Made me feel sad at start. But then, the torture begun. She literally sent me twenty whispers, after I explained her that I don't have any Diamonds left. After that, she begged me to fly to her, so after few minutes, I did. Shouldn't have. Anyway, she was waiting in my house, and since I didn't open her present yet, she started asking to open it. So I click on it, and she said ''Now that you opened my gift, I hope you know what it means.'' She wants her clothes, and I got no Diamonds left I explained her that I don't have the Diamonds-again. No use, she just got mad and said that it is ok, but that she sees now what kind of friend I am. But the thing is, she never ever spoke to me before this! And now idk what to do!

I think these two things are a factor:

Time of membership, not time in the hollow and how one pays.

Mia is very disapointed as well. My storage was full, thanks to the wonderful fairies who sent her gifts, so I spent A LOT of time having to clean out storage space as I could not buy anything else in the shops. And also knew that those wonderful fairies spent their rare and expensive diamonds on me!!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!!!

So with that, insteading asking for presents I asked, "Who wants a present?" So I guess it was like calling up a radio station to see who wins. I gave away several gifts, and let them know.

I'm not sure if this is or was a good idea, but to me I KNEW who wanted the gift, and was able to give May, my dear new fairy a number of items that Mia, who keeps receiving all the gifts won't be able to use.

Luckily I have another account with a sparrow so I was able to see the clothing and give some away to the sparrows on that account. Honestly, what is the problem with giving gifts to fairies or sparrows???? They should show them all, and have the option to do so. If you decided to put sparrows in the Hollow in the first place, let them participate!

I thought about that yesterday Mia, what if Twi wanted to send a sparrowman a nice gift. We can not. We should be able to send to all friends.

And is this storage thing a glitch or how it is suposed to work. I thought diamond items did not take up storage room, but they are. I mean I love the new outfit choices we have a the post office, I did not have any of them before.

And Indigo I am like you I am almost out of diamonds and I do not want to pay for any, I already pay to fly now I have to pay to buy too. I would maybe buy some if my amount of diamond per payment option were a little higher like most of yours. $35.00 for 195 diamonds. I wish members could use ingredients at the post office instead of diamonds I have alot of ingredients. I will be only using diamonds for the post office.

Do we know when our allowance comes is it each month or when we get our three month jewel pin?

And Grace no worries I guess I should have been a little clearer in the first post.
I do not mind fairies that I know asking politly for a gift but someone I hardly know
begging for something goes a little too far. She was a member so she could have given someone a gift herself and then asked nicley for a gift of her choice in return. I would have gladly bought her a gift in return if she just asked nicely.
But she did not she just kept yelling at all of her friends.

I really still have a lot of mixed feelings about the diamonds. I do have some non member accounts that probably will never get membership, so it is nice to finally have some fun with those fairies. But Rill is not spending any of her diamonds just yet. I would like to send gifts, but I don't want to mess up my storage either.

I wish we had the option of buying the gift items with ingredients. I would also like to be able to send to two different friends instead of getting the unwanted item I already own. I would like to be able to just get it for my own fairy. And I would like to be able to exchange an item I receive as a gift or have the option to give it to one of my other account's fairies. And, yes, even to re-gift to someone else. (I don't want much, do I?)

I just had an idea that I am going to try out with the gift items. I am going to send gifts of the items I already have, and then delete the item I already owned. This way I will be able to send gifts, end up with an upgraded item, and keep my storage spaces the same (I hope this works like I imagine). I will let you know if it doesn't.

They want to force us to buy diamonds because they are more expensive than membership. It's unfair.
What is the problem for them with people having more free room in wardrobe/storage? What they want!? I think they want that people get mad and stop to play pixie hollow.
Now i'm sure that they doesn't research about other games online, MMOS, there is competition, if they doesn't fix things they will lose players, that happens with all games online. They need to work straight.
I will not buy pixie diamonds because i have many ingredients and i'm a member.
Another thing... playing another games onlines, mmos, is cheaper than buying diamonds.
Sry, but this diamonds thing is ridiculous!

I know everyone is a little frustrated, and I can understand. I was hoping for a solution to my wardrobe issue, and I was hoping the diamonds would solve that.

I am taking a little breather. I am trying not to use any of my diamonds at the moment, until maybe some of the problems everyone is having is straightened out. I am already paying for my membership as it is, and I can barely afford to pay for diamonds at the rate I am given. I have to be responsible with my budgeting. I have things coming up that is more important than pixie diamonds that I have to keep in mind.

So, until diamonds is going to work the way I had hoped, I may just wait month-to-month to get my allowance. I may just continue to use my ingredients and just manage my storage space as I have been.

I am hoping this is just a temporary idea. At least, they are waiting to see responses and gather information on how to go about diamonds. I'm sure if a lot of people are upset, that is going to send them a red flag, and maybe work with us. They have been patient enough to work with us. (Giving people the extra diamonds because it did not seem fair). They were kind enough to do that.

I'm sure everything will work out fine. Just be patient. It's still "new". Give it some time, and maybe they'll come up with a solution that is better for all of us.
