We tried to connect when we saw that message - but everything worked fine and a butterfly appeared in the hollow. I they they will just not help you any more.
I wish they had left up the page where you could print a picture of your fairy to place in the butterfly game though!!

Ah ok. Thanks for explaining and investigating. I am glad that you did.
So no tech support and no direct buying from Disney. Cool. Maybe I will go earn up some Tink Points sometime so I can at least have a few butterflys here and there.

I just had a live chat with someone about my daughter's new bracelet (thanks to everyone who helped get it working!) and when he said he needed to let me know clickables were no longer supported I asked what that meant exactly.
So according to what he said, it's really the software that is no longer being updated or supported; it may not work with future versions of windows, for example. They also will not have it on their site (or any of the associated pages like the portrait printer, although I don't see why they couldn't keep that!) But they will be able to issue reset codes indefinitely! So as long as you have a copy of the software and can make it run on your computer, you will be able to use your clickable items with no problems. I was really relieved to hear that since my daughter is just getting into them! Hope that comes as a relief to everyone else, too!

Thank you Rainsplash, I am very happy to hear that.
It works on my computer and I just need to get the Vidia charm to get the fiary badge. Now I can still look for the rest that I need. I am very relieved to know that we can still use them, if it works on the computer.

Ok I was looking into the clickables today. What exactly do I need to make them work. Do I need to buy the friendship and the charms, or will the charms work alone?
I was able to find them very affordable online and was wondering what I needed. Thanks for any and all help. ~Twi

As far as I know you have to have either the jewelry box or the friendship bracelet to register the charms to your account. I don't think anything else can be used.
The jewelry box comes with the tinkerbell charm set; the friendship bracelet comes with 1 fairy mary charm. if you get 2 friendship bracelets you can get both friendship badges (although I haven't tried that yet!)
