Angry I can't choose a server after I log in.

I can't choose a server after I log in, it doesn't even show the server list! I can choose a Fairy to log into, but can't choose a server to play. Any tips? Like um, I restart laptop but that's never going to work, delete Cookies and Cache of Flash Player, that didn't work although I tried that twice. I need HELP! Tinkerbell is a Tinker, she can fix the problem! O_O IM GOING CRAZY! lol I'm new also. -does welcome party, lol-

Well, I'm not sure of the problem, but you might want to contact Pixie Hollow and ask them about it. It might be that they're severs are having problems right now; maybe a glitch. Just keep trying. It will probably be fixed... soon.

Thank you, too. I already contacted Pixie Hollow... They said to clear my history and I did a few times already. They said their Tinkers fixed the problem but it seems like they didn't to me. I do know that it's not like um, my fault. My mom laptop with the same kind of laptop as another person's, there's both were getting fixed at a place, they got them mixed up so we're stuck with the other person's and that person is stuck with the one we had.

Have you tried doing the usual things? I see you have deleted your cache/cookies and temp files but have you done a disc clean or defrag?

Control Panel > Performance & Maintenance >
Disc clean shows up as "Free up space on your hard disk" on mine and defrag shows up as "Rearrange items on your hard disk to make programs run faster" but it means the same thing.

Also, have you tried going from a different bookmark/favorites? Sometimes I cannot get in using my usual link so I use the one at the top of the forum. That seems to free up any bug and I can use my usual link again afterwards.

Welcome, Serendipity! I always- yes, I run a security scan because in my security scanner it has a disk defrag, registry defrag, even a gaming mode to make the PC run smoother. Do you have those things? If you do, then I suggest using them right away.

I'm not sure if I do have them or not.

I still can't log in. I've tried it about an hour ago.
