Flash Player Updates?
For about a week or so now when I log on Pixie Hollow I get a big white screen with an exclamation point in the middle (If it does it again I will get a snap) and when I try to refresh the page it wants me to update my Adobe flash player. It has been doing it about 1-2 times a day. I have also been getting booted out of the hollow alot more lately even if I am on a quiet server. Is this happening to anyone else?

I get that same screen every now and again.
Though it never tells me to update my flash player. It seems to always happen when I fly in as Night, does PH have something against her. ~Twi

The hollow is having way to many issues right now. I too get booted from the hollow and it's been happening for a few weeks now ( for me at least ). It always gives me the "Reconnect" option button. Just out of curiosity, are you using Firefox as your internet browser?

I use IE9. I have firefox but I am afraid to use it because I got a pretty bad pc virus from it a few years ago. I get the "reconnect" option at least once a day now.

Okay, I don't use IE but try to clear ALL current history. Sounds to me you may have a "Bug" as well ( perhaps spyware ) from IE as far as it telling you, you need to update the Adobe flash player? Anytime you are on a site that requires you to LEAVE or tries to redirect you is a sure "Sign" of a virus happening.
OR Your programs actually do need an update? Just try not to click on anything that may redirect you to another site. Better to check the performance of your computer first! I use Firefox w/ Script Blocker and Ghostery and always use "Never Remember History" in the options tab under "Privacy". I also use AVG, this protection has never failed me yet. ~Lily |

Flash Player is the program that Pixie Hollow runs off of on your computer. If it is telling you to update, you need to update.
To get the latest version of Flash Player, go here. Updating to the latest version of Flash Player will make the game run more smoothly. ~ Em

That's great Stormy. There is a way for you to be able to have it updated "Automatically" ...if you choose to of course. Most of my important programs are set to update automatically so I usually don't have to many problems.
