Haven't been able to go online!
I don't know why, but ever since the new game came out (Sunbeam Bend), I wasn't able to get into Pixie Hollow!
The home page works fine, but when I click on anything (the Play button, Never News, Fairy Pages - everything actually!), it loads for a few seconds, and then redirects me to the "We're Tinkering Away!" page What's up with that? Is the Hollow closed right now? I don't know what to do! Some advice please?? |

Hmm, I've had this problem before, (after they've tinkered)... However, when I rebooted my computer it seemed to work. Maybe try that?

Eh? I've already turned my computer on and off several times...you know, to shut it down before sleep ^.^
But it sure looks like it has something to do with my computer. The most annoying thing is that I can't contact them in any way. It's like they are tinkering the whole site! Shouldn't they let me through?? Alexia is a tinker, after all. |

When I logged out today, it usually goes to Pixie Central, but today it said that it was Tinkering Away. But they should let you go through Onion. Tinkers know what they're doing!

I'm so sorry you are having issues Onion my dear! I know sometimes I have(and other fairies I know) had similar issues and it's usually the history/cookies that your browser has stored up (maybe thinking a certain fairy we all know was coming over) is the issue. You should try to clear out your history, and see if that works in fixing the hollow so you can log in. If not, maybe try using a different browser or there is a 1-800 number you can call... (goes to find it....) Ah! Here it is! 1-877-78-PIXIE (1-877-787-4943)
Hope to see you in the hollow soon! OH!!! And apparently there was a update to the flash player recently, you may want to make sure you have the latest version.

WOW!! That sure is a lot of info!
Let's see.. I've cleared out my history/cookies and have the most recent flash player, I have the same issue on Firefox, and will try restart my computer again. *sigh* I don't know, it could be my antivirus or something - it's been acting strangely these past few days. Maybe it's trying to block me from PH? Oh, and I would not want to call the helpline right now - it might be a little too late |

Whenever I have trouble logging into PH I delete all cookies & temp files (which you have done) and do a disc clean/defrag. If that doesn't work then I try logging on using the Play Now button at the top of this site rather than My Favorites link. I don't know why but that seems to unbug whatever is bugged and I can log in using My Favorites/Bookmark afterwards again

Really, you should try Google Chrome. I have the same problem with Mozilla Firefox, drives me crazy.

I have tried Chrome, Firefox and Explorer - the same thing happens all the time!
I click on any link and it goes to "Loading", then "Searching for Fairy friends", and then BAM!... it redirects me to the "We're closed" page. I've tried disabling my antivirus, but it doesn't help. I haven't been using a favorites link for a while. I am currently defragmenting my computer, and I will see what will happen next. PS. This is getting ridiculous! Edit: I've done disc defrag & clean-up, uninstalled and then reinstalled the flash player, reset the computer a few times, tried loading it on Chrome, Explorer and Firefox, and still the same result! T^T What is wrong with my laptop??!! It's as though it's stuck in time, along with my antivirus (it keeps telling me it needs to be updated, but I have updated it and it doesn't want to listen) Arrrgh! Frustrating! Edit2: I went on my mom's laptop and the game works on her computer. Went to Customer Service and told them the whole deal of what has happened. Strange, this has never happened to me before. The only kind of problem I've had with PH loading is when they are tinkering and it says, "Enter Code 209348 or Quit" thing, or when they say "Reconnect or Quit".

I hope you will be able to get in soon Alexia.
I had a problem awhile ago but all I needed to do was update my Flash Player and that worked for me. Have you tried doing this show your laptop who is boss! And do not worry it will all work out. ~Twi
