I created a fairy on my non-pay account to see any changes
*Yes all fairies still get the new fairy badge
*hair color and style options are almost no existent; 3 of each style (front/back) and about 5 or 6 colors i think
*no colors in clothing execpt the talent belt
*everything else looked the same (can't limit the things your stuck with even for paying-wings/face/etc)I didn't stay to check much I went back to fixing my wardrobe (I LOVE the new dye options)

As part of the Arrival Day experience, all Fairies and Sparrow Men are still given the option of buying one additional Arrival Day outfit at Brook’s Basics. We recently updated this shop to carry the original Arrival Day colors of Snow White for Fairies and Pine Green for Sparrow Men. You are welcome to keep your original Brook’s Basics outfit in your talent color. If you wish to get this outfit in the new colors, you will have to donate your original outfit or create a new Fairy or Sparrow Man.

Well, this is just plain sick. I'm so angry right now I can't even tell you. I hope PH sees a huge DROP in membership because of this instead of an increase, but that's unlikely. Greed always wins.

I took all my non member fairies to Brook's Basics to buy the new carnation white (not snow white) outfit and they did not have to give up their other colored outfit first. When I tried to get a second outfit, just to see what would happen, it would not let me. Maybe they plan to change it so you can't get it at all, if you already bought the other clothes, but yesterday it was still working. So if you want another outfit, just to have it, go get it before they put a stop to it.

Hi there, i do not think the Mainland badges have been taken away from non-members, i was just there with Cinnamon (an account i rarely use, poor thing only has 12 badges since she was created on Sept 30, 2009, she is shy and doesn't get out much), any way, i digress, sorry, we went to see Kit and it still showed quests for all fairies, and i will go back tomorrow and see if she receives her first and only badge from Kit, (sigh-i have a hard time doing that everyday for 200days!! i did it with Indigo, but she gets out more often, but not as much as her big sister, Sapphire- oops off on a bunny trail again, shoot them rabbits!) so... the short of it is, i do think and will find out tomorrow if the mainland badges are there for all.

No i've tried the mainland badges, i'm a non-member and we can't get anymore badges. I only had 2 badges to go and I would have had all of them!

Good news on the badge count issue...sorta...even though the tab does not show anymore on your ingame profile, if you visit your pixie page it is still there for all to see.

It could very well be that non-member players can DO the quests, but they won't get credit for it toward the badge. Collecting ingredients is just the same way for non-member players -- they can collect all the ingredients that they want, but the amount toward those badges is frozen until membership is started. Same goes for playing the talent games, actually. They can play them as much as they want, but it won't count toward a badge and then they will get ingredients as a reward which will just sit there in their pouches.

The only real thing left for non-members to DO in the Hollow is socialize with friends.

So I created another account to do the create a fairy part (I am SOO not deleting a fairy/sparrowman at this point). And was Shocked, truely Shocked.

I can't believe what the Never Council is doing. Create a fairy is becoming overly redundant do to the total lack of options. I realize I talked about the genericness of new fairies in another post, but I didn't realize how generic they were becoming.

What is the point of customization if you have so few options. Why not just give us a preset avatar and say "here is your fairy, don't like it? to bad, you have to pay to have it look any different." For shame NC, for Shame.

I realize I have Lots of faires/sparrowmen (believe it or not, I have more then Em) but one of the things I loved about it was that I could get a fairy in every talent and have them all look distinct and different. with the number of options currently available, that is not possible (at least not at creation)

yep, you are right! i can do the mainland quests but not get credit for it! so there is no point in doing them. (i do not like these updates-which are more like downdates than anything else) also has anyone else visited there pixie page and found it to be all jumbled up, even after putting their house back in order? it has been over a day now and the pix page home is messy!
