Welcome to step by step items-home guide!

Here you will find ideas for your home step by step.I will post here items that i have created and if you have
more creatives ideas for items or some improvement suggestions you can post your ideas too!

Rules
If you want post plz follow this scheme:

- Forum rules.

- Name of the item.

- Name of the things that you need and where you can get
them (if the item is a old item just said it and if
you can tinker it put the name and the level that you need).

- The explain in each step with the appropriate snapshot.

Is important that you attach the snapshot showing each step and explaining a bit about
the item and that things that you used for do it. If you have a question plz pm me.

Thanks Jillian! Im working in this thread and i would love that the talented decor home fairies join and help me with this guide!! I know that for now we cant use the albums, but soon we will be able and between all this guide will be cool!!

Item: Piano.

You need :
2 chilly tables ( available now in Harmony´s home collection and you can tinker it level 23)
2 books ( you can tinker it Fairy Tales Collection level 9)

STEP 1: PUT A TABLE DOWN AND OTHER UP. THE TABLE DOWN IS
MORE BIG AND A LITTLE MORE AHEAD THAT THE OTHER TABLE

STEP 2: PUT THE BOOKS, YOU NEED DYE THIS BLACK AND WHITE
FOR THE PIANO KEYBOARD, RESIZE THIS UNTIL MORE SMALL
THIS HAVE THAT APPEAR A KEYBOARD.

STEP 3: MOVE THE TABLE TO DOWN, AND MOVE THE TABLE TO FORWARD UNTIL
THAT YOU CANT SEE EACH BOOK.

STEP 4 : THE PIANO!!

If i made a mistake with something please let me know! im not have much experience in post and i'm weak with the English. I will add more items little by little!

I don't often post here anymore, mostly because I stay on the road a lot and am pressed for time, but I have to say that I REALLY like this post and I want to encourage more of you guys to submit to it.

As an artist, I work in 2D so the whole building of things in the Hollow eludes me, as they already have some 3D effect. I honestly have a difficult time creating things and decorating my house in a way that I like. I am always trying to cover up walls and stack things and it never seems right.

So this thread has helped me tremendously.

Believe me when I tell you that my background on flat canvas has crippled my ability to see some objects as things other than what they are and what they can be combined with.

I often think I should dye most of my stuff white so that the bias will be lessened and I can see the shapes rather than worrying about whether or not it will look silly to stack or 'merge' two objects.

When you are used to building the 3D illusion on a flat surface using paint and pencils, it's baffling to be given objects and dye. The creativity and the desire may be there but the learning curve leaves me feeling like a neanderthal who was just given Photoshop after drawing on cave walls with a burnt stick for her entire life.

This tutorial has been the first thing on the forum that I have been excited about in a long time! PLEASE post more of your creations and photos! They are MUCH appreciated!!

The idea of this thread is share our creativity showing how do the things STEP BY STEP, using items that we have already for do new items.

In this moment the furniture disappear with the new changes of pixie hollow is why no is easy decor also Neville's shop changed things and now I cannot count on those items.. i used much of them for decor.. I have been disappointed.. but still i love decor so i when i have time i will post more items

Oh my gosh, you guys are SO awesome and creative!

I love the piano, grandfather clock, juice bar, bed, and dragon!!!

Tiger will have to make one of those sometime and post it here but obviously, it won't be as good as any of these.

May be the same Cricket not 100% but it does resemble her work. It is a Loch Nessa Monster


From what I can tell of the Chinese Dragon, the head has those pinecone chairs as the eyebrows, the sockets look like the new teacup chairs, sports medicin balls with neverdove eggs as pupils, small campfires for the fire lashes, roof of the mouth is a posy pillow, tongue is the leaf blanket they sold last winter in Ember's. The body is one of the floorings from Neville's I think the toadstool one, with clover rugs for scales. Not sure about the legs, the tiki torch for sure but not sure what she used for the feet or the jaws. As far as how it all is put together I have no clue. Very clever indeed!!!
