"We're tinkering away!"
Whenever I try to log in I just get the "We're tinkering away!" message. This has been going on for a couple of days. If I do manage to actually get into the hollow, it logs me out right away. Is anyone else having this issue? If not, do any of you know why this may be or if there is a way to get it to stop?

No, normally when I have this problem it's because my flash needs to be updated. Have you updated yours yet? Or maybe you should restart your computer. Hope this helps!

@Cupcake - Unfortunately, I've been doing that for the past 25 minutes with no luck. :/
@Jenny Hollybell - Thanks for the suggestion! I checked to see if Flash needed to be updated, but according to the website my computer is up to date on it. :/ Hmmm, hopefully it is just a weird glitch on my computer and I will be able to log on soon. |

Still giving me that "We're tinkering away!" message and I've been trying to log on ever since I started this thread. I updated everything (Flash, Java, and who knows what else) but still no luck. Oh well!

This might seem like a silly question, but is your date correct on your computer? Pixie Hollow won't work if you change the date manually.
Other than that, the best advice I could give is to clear your computer as much as possible (clear your cache, defragment disk, etc) and if nothing helps, try a different computer if you have one in your home.

@Onionleaf - Thank you for the advice! Date and time are both correct and I followed your suggestion of clearing cache. Still no luck! I tried other computers at my house but that pesky "We're tinkering away!" sign won't go away. Every other website I go on aren't giving me issues and none of my computers have ever had a difficult time in the Hollow. I'm wondering if it is an issue with my account...

They might have a bug on ur computer telll the never council about this they might fix it cause they fixed mine but I waited a month but tell them now cuz of its ending

Maybe its not working because it's closing... though, other fairies have still managed to get on. Does anyone know if they're keeping the hollow up for a while?

Definitely true.
I've found so many bugs lately that I haven't even bothered to count. I guess they think that with the Hollow closing, it doesn't really matter anymore that the game is working like it should. |

Bumble, how are you logging on? Are you pressing the play button? I've noticed that when I press the play button, it sends me to the "we're tinkering away!" page. I press log-in instead. It takes a minute to load, but then I'm in.
Everyone should have free access to flit about the Hollow until September 19th. If you can't log in, it's probably just a bug. |

I have seen it do that a few times with me since the announcement. But, it never last long for me. Maybe logging out completely and signing back in? Maybe restart your internet session or restart your computer... But, if it's still blocking you, maybe call PH? I'm not sure what else to think of... But, I hope you get back on soon.
