Heya, Just Wanted To Know, What's Your Favorite Disney's Fairy Book?? My Favorite, The Trouble With Tink. I LOVE When Tink Is Able To Fix "Queen Ree"'s Tub!! It's A Truly Magical Collection, Check Em Out!! I Think I've Read:
1.) The Trouble With Tink 2.) Something About Rani 3.) Dulcie's Taste Of Magic I Forget The Title For Rani's. I Think It Was The First Rani Book Out. If Anyone Knows It, Please Post!! Last edited by Tepcat; 11-21-2008 at 01:07 AM. Reason: multiple posts from same user |

I've read The Princess Test & The Fairy's Mistake. They're part of The Princess Tales by Gail Carson Levine. They're fun easy reads under 100 pgs. Ohhh yeah and there's Ella Enchanted.. I LOVED that book that's how I found these others by the same author. I read it way before the movie came out.. the movie is great too so see it if you haven't. I can't remember any others.

I have In The Realm Of The Never Fairies; The Secret World of Pixie Hollow, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! I know you meant the stories and I have not read any but plan on it. But I swear by the one above!! The art alone makes it worth the buy. But it really lets you know the whole scoop on Pixie Hollow. I felt like I knew it all after haha!

Quote:
Disney style just Quest for the Magic Egg and Peter Pan-the original novel. Fairy in generalwise-the list would be pages long, but includes all the Andrew Lang Fairy Stories (Brown Fairy, Lilac Fairy, etc.), the L. Frank Baum Fairy Stories (Yes, he wrote them along with the OZ books and they are fairy tales), Louisa May Alcott's Fairy stories, all the Gail Carson Levine fairy tales, all the Teri Wilding updated fairy stories, all the Robin McKinley fairy tales and those are just a few of them. Fly with you-when not reading fairy tales! VM |

Of the Disney books I have read all of these:
Peter Pan and Wendy Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens Silvermist and the Ladybug Curse Visit to the Fairy Glade: Secret Fairy Homes Tinkering Tink Tink, North of Never Land Rani in the Mermaid Lagoon Prilla's Prize Prilla and the Butterfly Lie In the Realm of the Never Fairies: The Secret World of Pixie Hollow A Masterpiece for Bess Fairy Haven and the Quest for the Wand Hidden World of Fairies, The Dulcie's Taste of Magic Fira and the Full Moon Lily's Pesky Plant Flower Fashions Fairy Dust and the Quest for the Egg The Trouble With Tink Vidia and the Fairy Crown Most of the stories are cute and the artwork is pretty. They are mostly for younger kids so I breezed through most of them fairly quickly. My favorite of these is the Flower Fashions book. I can't wait for spring so I can make some fairy flower dresses! And if we're talking about other fairy books, I've probably read a million. My favorite being the Flower Fairies books by Cicely Mary Barker. She covers each season and illustrations are top notch |

I just found a new fairy book at Walmart. The World of Fairies: At the Dawn of Pixie Hollow. It is a beautiful book every page (160 of them)a beautiful illustration of Pixie Hollow. It covers all of Neverland the Seasons the Queen the Ministers the different Talents The Pixie Dust Tree Fairy Mary the meadows favorite things and much more! So have you ever mused about fairies? Imagined places north of Neverland? Wondered where Pixie Dust came from? or questioned how the seasons changed then this is the book for you!

I've only read one fairy book that I can think of. I bought Beck and the Great Berry Battle at a book fair a few years back. I have since read it about 3 times. It was actually quite good. That's what got me to like Beck and got me all excited to meet her and everything: cause I idolize her from that book.
