Pixie Hollow Support Team Survey
I was quite surprised to see the following added to their reply to my question on the Contact Us section of the site:

I noticed that too, at the end of an email reply. For the four questions at the bottom, the one that asked how kind the response was, I unfortunately had to put "A little." The response was quite basic, not any "Hello!" or humorous remarks.
I hope they learn from their feedback, and see what they can improve upon! At least they've begun taking our opinion on how they're doing. |

If you have ever bought anything on line, they always seem to have a survey, and recently (on vacation) they even sent me a survey on where I stayed. I'm so glad they did this for us, it seems to me there really wanting to please us.

I believe they're taking the survey seriously! NO KIDDING. My fairy Julie got a free belt ( of my choosing ) because I reported a glitch. THIS IS AWESOME. I did the survey too. It asked how fast they got back to you and I felt guilty when I clicked slow.

I got a survey like that when I emailed them a while ago, too. I think maybe a month ago? What I did for the last one was something like 'You're so funny when you're replying!' or... I don't know.
But wait, now they're giving out rewards for finding glitches? |
