Have you ever dyed your hair a different colour?

So I have dyed a streak of my hair red before and I liked that and dyed the tips of my hair too but today, I went out on a limb and dyed a streak this bright blue! And I love it!

So my question is, have you ever dyed your hair? If you have, tell us if it was your whole head, a streak, highlights, etc. and what colour you chose! (If you have never dyed it, but you want to dye it, you can also say which colour)

I'm part Asian, so I have really dark brown, nearly black hair. I currently have purple highlights in it, hiding my natural brown highlights, so it's kind of purplish black. I guess you could say it looks a little bit like Vidia's hair color.

I said no, but I didn't realize highlights counted. They're just simple, natural looking highlights that I got last year or the year before.

OOH! I love auburn! But, what's the difference between red and auburn, because when I look up pictures of the two, they look very similar.

Yes and I love love LOVED it! I dyed my bangs vibrant blue (sadly it has since faded out) and I would love to do dye part of my hair reddish-brown this year. I'm starting to like the more natural colors in my hair more.

I love dying my hair, it lets me express myself! But I haven't done it recently.
My hair has been pink, purple, red, dark auburn red, and orange. I usually
just keep it orange, it's my favorite.

I have been dying my hair for many many years now. I started with
adding golden brown/blonde highlights to my light brown hair. Then a
few years ago I started doing different shades of brown, was getting tried
of blonde. Then earlier this year I got auburn/reddish highlights
with some ash blonde and love it. The red color I am thinking of
dying all of my hair.

Alexa, Auburn is a dark red. I wanted something that would look natural.

Everyone's hair colors sound so pretty!
As for me,I have white-blonde hair, so it's really easy to dye. Last year I dyed it bright green and made it spiky.
That's not a joke, by the way. I was dressed as a pineapple for Halloween, and I turned my hair into the spiky leaves at the top. But it was temporary dye, that I just washed it off the next day.

As for actually dyeing my hair, I went through a phase where I hated being blonde - just got tired of being at the receiving end of all those "blonde jokes", I suppose. I tried light and dark brown, ginger, auburn... For some reason, I really wanted to be a redhead, so I tried all sorts of shades of red.

But now, I'll have to go with "never again". Eventually, I decided to just let the haters hate on; their words shouldn't bother me anyway. So I'm happy to say, while I'll do an occasional temporary dye for fun occasions (like Halloween), I'm sticking with my natural platinum blonde from now on. My hair looks perfectly pretty the way it is.

(Okay, I'm really hoping I didn't sound full of myself there. You guys know what I mean, right?)

Just a few days ago, I had my hair bleached and then dyed a chestnut brown. I got mahogany red streaks and blonde highlights, and I'm loving the way it all looks together. I also got it cut to just above my shoulders.

Once upon a time when I was back in school (which in reality, wasn't that long ago), I may have cut my hair real short and got blond highlights put in it. I thought it looked cool, everyone else seemed to disagree. Kept my hair short but didn't get the highlight again.

I also "dyed" it with temporary spray dye once. We were having spirit week in school and it was class color day. Our class decided we wanted to have black be our class color. I died my hair black. I do not look good with black hair and when I tried to wash it out it. was. everywhere.

I have never dyed my hair and don't intend to. I'm a simple person and dyeing just seems like too much work for me lol. I also don't think many colors would match my features, even though I have dark brown hair and brown eyes. But that's just me.
