Your line art looks beautiful, Alyce! The detail in your fairy's hair is amazing, how long did it take you to get all those lights and shadows right? Her outfit looks really good as well.
I look forward to seeing this portrait in full color. ___________________ |

Thankiess everyone.
I'm very surprised lots of you lovely friend, loves my drawing, it's a truly honor to me. For the previous drawing, I'm really sorry, I can't continue it again, due my failure in my coloring (you know, I'm worse in coloring ). But, as the change, I had made a new Autumn season's drawing, with the result that much more better than the first time I drew. I really loves how the hairs came out. First of all, my drawing is inspirations of Faith's awesome 3D edits. For example, you can see Rach1214's profile pic, made by Faith. Rach1214 is Faith's best friend (maybe), so she could get one herself of Faith's edits. I like how the curls hair come very cartoon-lively and the clothes gradient is pretty cool, too. I had a failure to copy that style of drawing, so I pretend to make another style that's same as her concept, yep cartoon-lively but with much more glimpse of lively hair. It's not yet finished, so you may see the result around tomorrow or Sunday. Thank you for reading, and I can't wait to hear your comments. ~Alyce |

Awesome job on your new drawing, Alyce! I love all the detail you used, especially in the hair... I can see why you like that most of all, it looks so pretty and life-like. Her jacket looks really good as well, the gradients work really well.
The only thing I can point out is that your fairy's belt kind of blends into the background... But I know you're not done with it, so it's probably just unfinished. ___________________ |

Yay, the drawing has finished!
Actually, the wings looks very fairy silly. I can't make wings, but I hope it's good enough for me. Thanks for reading, and please leave comments. ~Alyce |

It's fantastic Alyce, such a detailed drawing! I always have trouble with the folds in clothing (whenever I make an attempt at drawing ), so I'd say that's the highlight for me in your work. What is your technique, do you use a tablet?
The wings don't look silly at all. There are all sorts of styles for wings, but if you wanted to make one that looks similar to the game, making the filled-in area semi-transparent and adding flowing swirls, lines and dots is all that is needed to add a pattern. If you'd like more practice coloring-in, you can always create sketchy lines and not worry too much about the details. Coloring usually takes a long time, but if you try to make yourself spend less time on one drawing, it could even help you become quicker at it in the long run. This is just me talking from personal experience (which is not much at all) but at least I understand the strife of perfectionism, which I am guessing you have judging by the detailed art that you create.
