March 2014 My Favorite Memory Contest

I had so many great and fun memories in Pixie Hollow, it's hard just to choose one!!

Memories:
1. The day I joined Pixie Hollow. I was so happy and excited to see my dreams come true!!

2. I got to meet all my favorite fairies and Ministers during the events around the Hollow and the Ballroom!

3. The day I became a member! I got my first animal friend (Pink ladybug) and I loved her so much!! Also I got to try on and buy new outfits to show my creative side! Oh, and the cute hairstyles!!

4. All my Pixie Hollow and PHF friends!! I wouldn't have made it here without them! They are so loving, caring, thoughtful, supportive and they are family to me!

So many wonderful memories, I don't think I could ever choose a definite favorite. I had so much fun in Pixie Hollow! One memory I have is getting to ring in the new year in Pixie Hollow every year, with friends.

Favorite Memories of Pixie Hollow:

1. Chipmunk Merrymint's Treehouse Home
2. Rainbows in the meadows and events like the clover hunt, egg hunt, and Animal Masquerade and Animal Mother's Day
3. Dressing up my fairies to look authentic to their dreams and talent tasks, ready for adventures
4. Squirrels in the wilderness!
5. Eating all those delicious looking cookies from our pouch

It's about time I do this.

Hmm...my favorite memories of Pixie Hollow (in no particular order)

1) Getting my hummingbird, Flowerpond.
2) Meeting my friends.
3) Playing "Pass the Popcorn"
4) Playing party games with friends.
5) Buying outfits.
6) Meeting with famous fairies in quests (I wasn't there long enough to meet them outside of quests)
7) Taking pictures of Pixie Hollow and making a slideshow of it.
8) Playing Snowy Lullaby
9) Going to the different places in Pixie Hollow
10) Becoming a fairy and going to Pixie Hollow
11) Having the best fun I will ever have online.

Oh! All events were nice, and when they opened a new store, or meadow, I'd make up a story about it and dress my fairy according to the occasion. I loved the games, and fashion contests were fun too!

My favorite memory was when I attended my first meet and greet and my last meet and greet when I was the mod

The pixies were and still are just the nicest and most supportive group I have ever met both here on the forum and while we were in game.

Like most of you, I have SO many to choose from. I did, however, get to use the banner to feature some of my favorites that I had images of. (One of the images actually belongs to StormyL.)

The first time I flew into the hollow and met Silvermist…and had to quickly fly out so that I could activate speed chat plus.

The time I met Clover Elmlace and not only did I learn that I wasn’t the only adult who loved PHF but that this forum and all the lovely fairies here existed.

Waiting to meet a “famous” fairy and instead meeting infamous forum fairies.

Being totally silly at meet and greets. (Everyone say “Cheesey Pickles!”)

Going to Marina Madness and picking out my favorite outfits and comparing them to what Marina chose.

The pure excitement of seeing featured homes/gardens/outfits of my fairy friends. (It was just as exciting as being chosen myself I tell ya!) I truly enjoyed helping my friends and seeing them win.

Staying up late with Em, or Onion or anyone and everyone to see the ballroom open or the new events decorations.

Playing “make your own queen’s dress” with JovialOne.

Playing Pirates with Clover. Being Silly at parties. Bunch Hunting! Wilderness Adventures!

Getting new badges, and more importantly, helping others get theirs.

Proving to Sapphire Blue that her and I are two of the silliest fairies in the Hollow!

And last but not least, one memory that is both the saddest and most heartwarming of memories (which is in the banner) is the FINAL moments I spent in the hollow with my dear friends. You are what made the hollow wonderful! Thank you all for the memories! Pixie Hugs Forever!

I have had so many wonderful times in the Hollow. Here are some of my most memorable times that I won't ever forget.

- Playing the "flat game" with Icy
- Pretending that my friends and I were elves living in a little village
- Decorating my house and creating outfits
- Playing all of the talent games
- Racing in the Coliseum
- Attending all of Marina's Fashion Spotlights
- Going to "fashion cons"
- Gathering ingredients
- Collecting badges
- Adventuring in the Wilderness
- Bunch hunting/gathers
- Visiting the Mermaid Grotto

I know there are many more wonderful times I've experienced in the Hollow, but there is not enough room to list them all. ♥

I have a couple that I couldn't choose between:

1) I loved everytime I got a gift from someone, Even if it was just from the post office and someone needed a person to give the extra item to. I loved seeing what was inside the little box in my house.

2) Getting high scores that were good enough to be on the leaderboard (I was particularly good at Tinker Toss).

3) The last mod hunt in pixie hollow. I was in the sweets shop (where I belonged lol) and it was the most amazing party of pixies I had ever seen!

2.Being silly with friends.
3.Logging in game to grab a quick Mod picture and ending up playing for hours because we were having so much fun.

I've had a very difficult time trying to reply to this thread. I think I have attempted a dozen times to actually start typing. Here I was, finally doing alright and "never forgetting but moving on" from the Hollow, and then you guys start posting all these lovely memories and it all goes kaput! So here is my most fondest memory ...

Adventuring in the Wilderness with Alina, Heather and Sunshine! Oh we had so much fun chatting and playing for hours on end.

Like most of you, I could name SO many wonderful experiences and memories. They will remain close to my heart for all time!

My favorite memory was when I was somehow able to win the costume Fashion Spotlight in October on Cornflower It was one of my favorite badges.

Ditto! Even now, reading through all that you have shared so far, it's surprising how many memories relate to my own experiences. How is it possible to choose just one when I'd rather gather all of them together and create a beautiful bouquet?

To sum it up, I'd say the most memorable event was when I first joined the Hollow. I was never so happy to start a new game than when Alexia first Arrived! It was like starting a whole new adventure, but was even better with a pair of wings! When other fairies first complimented an outfit I created, little did I know at the time that this was the usual way fairies talked to each other. And even when things took a turn downward at times and the game would seem to become a bit dull, suddenly a fairy friend would flit by, take your hand and greet you with a smile. The fact that the very first memory of the Hollow continued to stay clear in my mind was because the ever growing friendships that supported it. And even though there would be someone with whom you would manage to exchange a few words, I was still happy to share that memory with that person, because every fleeting moment of flight was a memory to cherish.

That was a blast! I was always one to fly in late because of the time zone difference (but even then I was playing in the dim lights ), and I could tell through conversations that some would be on the brink of ...zzzZZ going out cold, but once all the new events were released, everyone would suddenly be all abuzz!

I hope that we will have plenty more opportunities to share our memories of the game in the future.

It's so nice to read all the pixie hollow memories above. I don't know if I have one favorite memory, there all so nice to think about!
One of my favorite memories was at a PHF meet and greet in Treetop Bend. I was talking with Rill Wildspirit and she commented on my fairy's name, Rainbowvalley. It was splashtastic finding out we both loved the same book series!
I was definitely over the rainbow when my fairies were picked for the fashion spotlight. I remember I was super excited. Being in the Hollow for four years was flitterific!

My favorite memory of all time is having parties with my friends!
