I am not totally 100% sure about that, cause I've never had one.
But I do know that you can't have one unless you were either one of the first 5,500 members of PHF (you are not) or unless you have purchased a subscription with the userpage in it. Unless you are/have one of these, you do not/cannot have one. Sorry. Hope this helps!
