I clicked on the video and looked at the discription. There were some qiestions which they answered, they also said they will be adding more questions as they arise.

Q: Will Tinker Bell meet Peter Pan?
A: Film-maker are still unsure, they're undergoing for new scenes and characters to be introduced. Most likely, Peter Pan shouldn't be featured because the Lost Boys won't be in the film.

Q: When will the movie released? Why?
A: The movie has bumped to March 3, 2014, because Planes: The Movie took over for movie editing. The past release date was October 7, 2013.

Q: Will the Lost Boys be featured in the movie?
A: Not likely, they will meet Peter Pan later after Pirates have formed battle on the mailand. For further questions, these boys won't be the movie "for sure".

Q: What did Queen Clarion lost on the mainland?
A: Particularly, a magical globe that shows visualizations, but fairies can only see it.

Q: Glideway Triangle?
A: A forbidden, mysterious, and unknown island that appears to be surrounded by tornadoes and storm. (You will hear more about the Glideway Triangle when Viola tells a "mythical story" about the "island")

Q: What is the title for the movie?
A: The title was originally informed by Disney Fairies which was "Quest for the Queen". After the new producer suggest to renamed the title, it became "The Mythical Island"

They also give away the plot.. (which I didn't read but will post for those who wish too.)

Spoiler for Plot:

Tinker Bell ventures to the mainland with friends for the changing of the seasons. Tink's quest was to find a bright silver globe that Queen Clarion lost on the mainland when she last flew there with Lord Milori. On cloudy sunrise, fairies returned to Pixie Hollow, Neverland after they've all delivered Spring as soon as they can. Tink feared that she and her friends won't make it before the storm hits the ocean. Tink says Fawn was delivering a little owl. Meanwhile, she thought they were heading the right way, unfortunately she didn't. She was eager to say she might be following the moon instead, but she blamed that she couldn't see the way because of the clouds. Soon, thunder and rain-clouds began to strike. Suddenly, Tink and her friends swooped into an unknown tornado that glows and made them disappears. Later, fairies appeared out of nowhere and fell on a large rock on an island called, "Glideway Triangle". Not only did Tink and her friends landed on the island, but few other fairies as well. Unfortunately, things went wrong as Rosetta and Vidia began to panic. Friends tried to fly up and down, forward and back, but their talents was forbidden to changed back. Tink found a fairy who was looking out from the waterfalls tunnel. Her name was Elips. Tink and friends started asking questions on why she came here? Frightfully, Elips was not able to talk. As Elips tried to explain Tink's question. She began to write down on the muddy ground with a stick. Says that a mermaid put a spell on her that made her not to speak. Not to anyone.

Few hours later in Pixie Hollow, Queen Clarion quietly wondered around. She thought Tinker Bell would have arrived with other fairies by then. Fairy Mary began to panic. She started calling all the Ministers. Minister of Winter cried out that she didn't see Tink on the way back.
