I also wanted to try this again, I did it once before and kind of gave up half way xD I still don't know how to make the hair look 3D but I tried my best with the other things. And I like yours...

try making another layer, i think it should be...

try making another layer, i think it should be under Layers option. or go to file, new image and add in the dimensions. But try making another layer by going on top and pressing layer :) ( i haven't...

i think it means that when you take your fairy, cut out her top and paste it on the 3D model fairy, like how you cut the fairy out of a background and then you paste it on a background you like. So...
