Disney animated movie line-up..with new Tinker Bell movie
Disney's animated movie line-up.
We have 3 years for Frozen 2, Finding Dory is next year and a new Tinker Bell movie in 5 years, at least they are making a new one. I literally just gasped aloud. I don't know about you all, but I am perfectly okay with waiting five years for the next one knowing fully well that there will be a next one, thank goodness! :smiley-angelic009:
I wonder what DisneyToon has up their sleeve with not one, but two movies about magic and monsters. I guess they're going down the Planes route with only two movies in a series, unless it turns out incredibly popular for some reason. Also, Muertos is a new Pixar movie having to do with the Day of the Dead, good catch Twi! It's good to see it has a proper name now, rather than "Untitled Pixar Movie about Dia de los Muertos". :D Moana's also going to be a great movie--so far, it has a bit of a tentative storyline, but from that and the (one piece of) concept art I've seen, it's going to be great. |

Moana does sound really exciting! I searched it up, and found myself intrigued with the tentative storyline. I hadn't heard about Muertos before, it sounds kind of interesting. :) |
Yay! It's not the end of Tinkerbell movies! The next one comes out in... 2020?! I hope that's tentative, because 5 years is quite a long time. I'll be so much older by then!

While we are waiting 5 years for the next Tinkerbell movie, I think they should bring back Pixie Hollow.

Maybe with the next Tink movie they'll launch a new Pixie Hollow? Seems probable.
And this confirms my belief they "canceled" the 7th and 8th films to start from scratch on a new story. So that Animation Blog can shove it in their face saying the Fairies films are done, haha. I think the date might be moved up a year or two, but again, these movies take time. NeverBeast started production in 2010 and didn't come till 2015, so... I'm just so happy we're getting another! I knew it wasn't the end. They wouldn't just end the Fairies franchise! |
Can you trust no one on April Fools?
Um, guys... I think this is a (cruel) April Fools Joke.
The reason why I think this is because there's a facebook page out there that posted an image similar to Twilight's (but it looks as though the image has been scanned, rather than a photo taken on a cell phone). The caption was originally typed in French, but using the great powers of the internet, I translated it: Quote:

I highly doubt this is an April Fool's joke. This is obviously a paper intended for D23, and they'll be announcing it there. I posted this on the Disney Fairies Facebook in the comments and they removed it. Twice. If this were false I don't think they'd have bothered deleting this leak.
