Very observant, Rach1214! I know I might be a stranger to most, but I'm no stranger to this site at all. Way back in the day I was a moderator at POF, and I remember when this site opened. That explains why I am such an early member here. :-)
I thought I might share a little background on me, just to explain away any possible confusion about my spontaneous appearance:
- I'm a former moderator from some of the now-archived sister sites, including POF, CPF, and COF.
- I originally joined this site back when it first opened, all the way back in 2008! When the game finally went live, I assisted UpInTheAir - the head of the wiki at the time - with cataloging the very beginnings of the game.
- For a time, I also assisted in designing some of the graphics for the sites. I designed a few skins for TTC (now MMOCentral) and POF, as well as doing the original rank-images and the buttons for most of the skins here at PHF. Along with this role, I assisted with other graphics (awards, banners, holiday photos) as needed.
- I took a break from modding a few years ago to focus on real-life, and was brought back to the sites when I learned that the games were closing. :SSad:
- I am currently a super-mod both here and at MMOCentralForums.
- Also, on a non-site related note, I am a very artsy person - especially when it comes to music. :Singing:
Hopefully that gives a clear picture of how I came to run aground here at PHF, and give you some information to get to know me a little better. I'm a fairly active forumer, so I'm looking forward to getting to know the community here better. |
