Here is the code: <table border=0 background="imagelink" width=100%> <tr><td> ENTIRE USERPAGE CONTENT HERE </td></tr></table>

Just put <table border=0 background="imagelink" width=100%> at the beginning and </td></tr></table> at the end. Put your other userpage things in the middle. :) I hope it works!
