Help. . . .

So, a few days ago, I was peacefully listening to one of my favorite songs when I heard some background noises. . .not part of the song. I thought it was coming from the other tab, so I closed it. Nothing. Still noises. Just then, the song ended and there were still noises, so I decided to close the window. Still noises. Just then, did I notice the noises sounded like radio ads. I decided to go ask my mom for help, but when she came, I no longer heard anything. Has this ever happened to anyone? If so, do you know how to fix it so it won't happen again?

Were there any other tabs open or is there a virus on your computer? Sometimes, if there is a virus, your computer will open up another tab and go to some random site where there will be ads and you might not even know it.

I have heard of some viruses that will run ads/audio on your computer, I suggest you do a virus scan right away. Wouldn't want the virus to get worse. Good luck!

Ok, but it didn't open up any new tabs.

Hmm, we're you using headphones or anything?

That's happened to me before! It sounds like someones tapping on my window sometimes, and other times it sounds like random noises. If you have a furby I know they turn on randomly, so that could be it. But just in case, I would keep a baseball bat in your room.. Or a broom.. Brooms are helpful :D okie, well it probably is just a virus or something so, I would get your computer scanned, and if you still hear noises, then I'm not sure.

Thanks, Dewdrop, that might just be it.
