hello everyone! this thread is for when you are stuck on the game and need help
:-) i need some help too! every time i try to log in to pixie hollow an error message pops up it says: oops... there was a problem flying you into the gam. please try logging in again. i haven't even been able to try pixie hollow yet! can someone please tell me what to do? thx!

Are you sure your using a valid account name and password? If you don't have ANY disney account (ex. Toontown, Pirates Online, or Club Penguin) then you must register on there. Good luck!

Could you tell me what browser your using? I noticed I had trouble logging in with certain browsers. Also, make sure you have a updated version of Adobe Flash.

Hi there! i registered my account on pixie hollow so i don't think its that.
i use Mozzila & Safari. i'll check my adobe flash right now BTW- does anyone know if pixie hollow is world wide? Because i am currently in a diff country on a vacation Thanks for your help! EDIT: Ok i installed adobe flash version 9.0.124.0. it still does not work. a message always pops up saying: oops... there was a problem flying you into the game.please try logging in again. i don't know what it is.  as soon as i get back to the states i'll try it. maybe it isn't world wide yet.oh well Bye! Well that's odd and when you said Safari I was just wondering do you have a Mac.? I do and it works fine for me so it should do the same for you if you have a Mac.

Yeah, I had problems on that too. I just restarted my computer and it worked fine.
For the App thing, are you using a laptop?

I had a quick question about the two different sites (pixiehollow.go.com & disneyfairies.com).
I signed on a little while ago on Pixie Hollow, the go. com one, & was logged into my Faith person. Well, the site is down now due to the the non-beta Pixie Hollow. So I log onto the Disney Fairies, & get my two old fairies. My question is, will my Faith Fairy go away now that I have figured out how to get my older two?
