After requests, I have decided to officially open this competition back up for the Fall! If you entered last time, you are entered this time already, unless I receive a pm saying you do not wish to enter. Like last time, I will also have a mystery judge other than myself. Well, best of luck! Here are the rules and the form!
*Deadline for entries is November 2, 2008.*

Rules:
1) There will be NO COPYING.
2) YOU CAN NOT CHANGE/EDIT YOUR PAGE AFTER THE DEADLINE UNTIL I ANNOUNCE THE WINNER. This helps prevent copying/confusing judging.
3) Respect other entries/the winner. Be a good sport!
4) Do not send me pm's asking to judge or wanting a better score, please. This doesn't mean I don't want you to ask any questions about the rules, the deadline, etc.
5) I must not need to download anything to view your page. Sorry, just a precaution for my computer and the judge's!

It's okay. Deadline for submissions is July 10th. Judging is on the 12th. However, if you edit your userpage after the 10th and before judging is officially over, you are disqualified (this is only for copying reasons)

Umm, I don't really know what the theme is. I guess the theme is ME.

I don't know why I should win. My userpage is average, and it was one of the first things I made with HTML. So ya. I can't say I DIDN'T put effort into it, because I did, and I just wanted people to know about me and stuff. I think it looks okay. xP
